PTPA, a company that works like a bridge between manufacturers and consumers to the benefit of both. It takes product from the manufacturers and distribute them among the panel group of it often called "Testers" to collect their review on these products. This panel group consists of parents of young children. After collecting their reviews it proceeds them to the manufacturers so that they can imrpove their products according the feedback received from the future consumers.
The best thing is that the panel member receives product for free to test and first to taste.
